The Quran is a confirmation of the Gospel (injeel) which had been corrupted. we (as muslims) believe that the Gospel (ie New testmant) and the Torah (old testment) and many other books are really from God ! (so is the Quran) BUT, the current bible and torah are corrupted ( ie changed) however ! there maybe some verses in which they didn't change, BUT we don't know what or where are these verses, I won't be surprised if there are more similarities between the 3 books. I believe that the same God sent down Torah and Bible.. but not the Torah and Bible which you have today. The Quran and the Bible does have similarities, that is because their origin is the same from GOD. And the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was illiterate so plagiarism is out of question. You do realize that the bible is not in it's original state and has been altered? Even Christians attest to that. The proof is that there are many versions of the bible. So which is the true bible? We as amuslim believe in jesus &all prophets &even the bible BUT the bible Gospel (injeel) which Allah reveled to his prophet jesus not the bible of mathio paul luke mark.....!!!
The Qur’an is the last scripture revealed by Almighty Allah (God), confirming what little truth remains in parts of previous scriptures and refuting and correcting fabrications and additions which have crept into current day versions of such scriptures. (“O you who have been given the Scripture! Believe in what We have revealed confirming what is (already) with you)…”Qur’an 4:47
When the Qur'an speaks of the Gospel, it is believed to refer to an original divinely revealed Book that came to the Prophet Jesus Christ. It does not refer to any Gospel written by any of Jesus's disciples, such as the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and other lost Gospels such as that of Peter. Some Muslims believe that the book titled the Gospel of Barnabas is a true gospel, but Christian and non-Christian scholars dispute its authenticity. Although Muslims believe that Jesus' original Gospel has been corrupted and lost, they believe that hints of the message of the original Gospel are still evident in the traditional Gospels of Christianity. However, like the Torah, they believe that there have been additions and subtractions made to the real story in these Gospels. The Quran suggests that the previous Scriptures/Books were in fact corrupted, and that the Quran "confirms it in truth and as a criterion/guardian over them". The Bible is corrupted and this book made up by hand, there are lot of mistakes in bible, but the only true words of Allah is The Noble Qur`an. How come bible has many editions? Who is editing it. Its being edited by humans not God. Quran has no editions. It has remained the same for 1400 years and I challenge any christian or jew or hindu or anyone to try making changes in the Quran they surely will fail. God in the Quran promises clearly to protect the Quran from corruption. Indeed, God has protected the Quran. The Quran has remained the same.
The quran is the final book and it can never be changed because God says: "We have without doubt, send down the message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption)." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 15, Verse 9.
All the verses that were revealed to prophet Mohammad by angel Gabriel are included in the Quran that is available today. The Quran was revealed in Arabic language and Muslims consider only the Arabic Quran to be the Word of God and any translation of the Quran to other languages are mere translations of the Quran to people who do not understand Arabic language because translations are authored by ordinary human beings whereas the Arabic Quran is authored by God. Therefore, those translations are not considered by Muslim as a Word of God or holy scriptures. The message of jesus is to worship none but the father ( Allah) Our religion Islam was sent by Allah through the Holy Quran and your bible is now corrupted by men .. Just think logically .. Who was bible written by !? By God ?! No
